A: We have seven permanent luxury platform tent sites that can host 17 guests. We can host an additional 6 guests in our luxury non-permanent bell tents for 23 attendees in total. The number of facilitator accommodations available depends on how large your guest count is.

A: Yes, Green Rock retreat requires an initial deposit to reserve your requested dates, a secondary deposit is due 90 days prior to your event date, and the remaining balance is due 1 week before the start date of your retreat. Initial deposits depend on the length and intended size of your retreat.

We have an onsite personal chef for you and your group. The retreat pricing includes all meals, beverages, and afternoon snacks. We can accommodate all dietary restrictions. We believe excellent healthy food served with love adds so much to the overall retreat experience. We have a relationship with Rainshadow Organics, a local family owned organic farm just across the canyon where we source only seasonal home grown ingredients!

A: Green Rock Retreat is a Semi-Silent Spiritual Retreat Center. To honor our belief that time in silence combined with nature can heal and nourish the nervous system, we observe SILENT MORNINGS from sunrise through breakfast. Exceptions to the silence may include yoga teaching and devotional chanting such as Kirtan.

We are an alcohol-free and tobacco property.

We love pets, but they are too distracting for a retreat setting. Pets are not allowed for any bookings.

No food is allowed in tents. We ask that any food brought by attendees be kept in their car or the inside kitchen. Those booking a nightly stay must bring their own cooler to store food and will have access to a small, shared fridge.

There is limited power at tents sights. Phone charging stations are provided at the community pavilion, but phone charging and the use of other electric items is not available at the tent sights.

There is no wifi for guests. Enjoy being unplugged! Facilitators have wifi access in some spaces if needed.

Additional non-permanent bell tents offer all the same amenities minus private bathrooms, fans, fireplaces and private deck spaces. Bell tents include a single shared composting outhouse, and single shared indoor shower. These restrooms are shared with the other bell tent accommodations.

A: There is an AT&T cell tower very close to the property that works very well. Limited wifi is located in the barn house for facilitators' use only. There is no wifi access for nightly stays/bookings—please plan accordingly.

• You are allowed a 1 time transfer of dates without penalty. If you cancel and forgo the option to transfer your dates, you forfeit your initial deposit.

A: Yes we have free onsite parking in designated areas only. To maintain the integrity of our walking paths, we ask that vehicles do not drive on them. All tent sights are a short walk from parking areas, please plan accordingly.
