To Age with Wonder and Ease is to acknowledge the truth of living in a human body- the beauty, the changes and the difficulties. Living more aligned with nature's cycles can support us to live and to age with wonder and with ease, to feel our way through a life well-lived.
On this four day and three night retreat, we will start our days in silence, with meditation and gentle yoga. After breakfast, the day opens into conversation, awe-walks, creativity and free time. In the evenings, we enjoy dinner and then stargazing or yoga Nidra. This long weekend will offer time on your own and quiet, as well as with others in community and conversation. We will explore the themes of awe, wonder, and ease as an approach to living and moving in life in the fullest way possible. Vegetarian meals are provided from Thursday dinner through Sunday breakfast.
