Green Rock Retreat will be open mid May through last weekend in October.

We are an alcohol free property to protect the healing energy of the land.

Gate code and tent assignments will be sent after reservation is confirmed.

Check in is between 3-7pm or later by specific arrangement.

Check out time is 11am.

*Please provide approximate check-in time and if you plan to use the outdoor kitchen.

No food is allowed at the tents, please store in a cooler in your car or in the shared Pavillion fridge.

Parking: Parking is free. All vehicles must park in the parking lot near the tents. Guests are not to pull up directly next to their tents. Those paths are for walking and maintenance vehicles only.

Limited pet availability is possible, please inquiry when booking. Pets are not allowed on retreat unless specific arrangements have been made.

A Note on Nature: Remember that you are experiencing Mother Nature at her best. This sometimes includes unwanted guests. You are in the wilderness; pests, rabbit, deer, and the occasional snake. Green Rock takes no responsibility for Mother Nature and its creatures. Please be prepared, cautious and mindful during your visit.

Policies for Nightly stays 2023

All tent pricing is shown in USD, based on double occupancy* and does not include 6% Oregon hospitality tax.
*Any additional adults (ages 12+) over the basic double occupancy will be charged $50 plus tax per person per night. This includes a third guest in the 3 person tents.

Cancelation Policy

  • Cancellations given 7 days in advance or more receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations given less than 7 days prior to reservation receive a refund of ½ the rental charge.

  • Cancellations given less than 48 hours notice -full charge no refund.

Children of all ages are welcome. Children age 12 and up are considered adults and can be subjected to an additional charge of $50/night plus tax if they exceed the double occupancy.

Dogs: On approval by the management. Any excess cleaning, repairs for damage cause by a pet will be charged back to the guest. Please keep in mind the tents are made of soft 100% cotton and do not seal completely like a pop up tent.

Policies for Retreat Hosting 2023

In the event that you must cancel a scheduled retreat, the deposit is non-refundable but can be used towards another later date. *Retreat pricing subject to change.

A minimum of 10 attendees is required.

Pricing is based on per person and is based on the length of the retreat. Pricing per person includes meals.
